Craftsman April 2018

Brothers and Sisters, we have concluded our second quarter unit meetings and I would like to thank everyone that took the time to attend a meeting. The quarterly meetings are vital to our success. The meetings give us an opportunity to discuss work place issues and discover if there are service centers that are treating employees differently than others. In Wichita Falls, Texas, two of the three Crew Supervisors are job scared and will only take their crews to get a hamburger when working overtime. The Manager in Wichita Falls, Texas, took the employees out for a safety meal to Whataburger and told the employees if they wanted cheese or bacon on their burgers they would need to pay for it. Also, if they wanted anything to drink other than water they would need to pay for it. That’s how you show your appreciation for a job well done and not affect your bonus.
